What has developed into a versatile company with a modern fleet of vehicles had its beginnings in Spring of 1937:

Hermann Große-Vehne bought a horse and cart and transported milk from the farms in his neighbourhood to the dairy.

In August of 1939 the age of the motor engine came about: the first tractor, an 11 series Deutz with a trailer, was purchased.

In 1949 the first real truck and trailer followed. Milk, grain and other agricultural products were transported using this vehicle.

In 1960 the second HGV was added. In the same year the company's current managing director Bernhard Große-Vehne became the second generation to start work for the company.

In 1972 Bernhard Große-Vehne took over the sole responsibility for running the company, which was expanding constantly, year by year.
